Had a really positive experience from start to finish at Rt 59 Interstate Toyota. The sales associate, Lindi, treated me as if my business was valued and my preferences heard. He wasn’t some slick salesman looking to get something over on me or pressure me into buying something I wasn’t ready to buy. He was versed in the various features on each model, which was helpful in my finally deciding which car was right for me. He happily accommodated my request to take several test drives— very patient, professional and personable young man. I felt good giving him my business and when I did finally make a decision, he worked with me to end up with a really reasonable deal. I highly recommend Interstate Toyota.
The service advisor that works on Sunday and the mechanic were so wonderful at finding what was wrong with my tundra. I came in there with my nephew who owns a dealership in Florida and he said they we were treated like family when we were there that morning. What a great dealership! I literally walked in without an appointment amd walked out 4hours later with my new Prime. I didn't have to haggle for hours and the lifetime warranty the dealership offers is one of a kind in the area. As a Active duty service member I can always know my warranty is good wherever I am stationed. Plus the dealership took the time to make sure I got the right car, color and details I needed. When I drove away I knew I found the best place to buy after going through 20 plus dealerships over the past year. The deal was right!
