Although I’ve always had a good experience at all Enterprise locations, but this one is the best.
Excellent service at this location and they were very attentive towards my needs. Cory and Mike were excellent with my questions and the rest of the staff was superb. Whenever I’m in NY and need a vehicle I go to this location rather than the airport car rentals.

I booked a car and got a confirmation email.
This will be my first and the last in this location
when I got there they told me they don't have this car, they have a much much smaller one,but they will not give it to me for cheaper price.

Rented an old Ford Focus with 28,000 miles on it. To make matters worst, it says need an oil change on the on board message.

while I was standing there I saw the next guy came to pick up his vehicle and they told him the same thing that even if you book and you get a confirmation email, you are not secured with your reservation.
When I show them the confirmation email. They told me there's nothing they could do.
My rental experience was great....Only thing is I made pick up time for 8 and my vehicle was out...So I had to wait for other arrangements....But I was very pleased with what I got...The vehicle was great in the drive, in the space and was compacted with everything I needed for the 7 people....including 2 car seats....Will definitely rent again....Just would like the option for unlimited mileage though...But still a great experience.......
