Then we accidentally did not get all our boxes, they came back to deliver without any hesitation. The customer service rep was extremely polite and helpful.

Rockland kosher has the worst customer service, bought an item which was defective, went to return it and they only wanted to give back credit, had to fight to get my money back, you don't get to hostage my money especially when you sell a defective product. About time to hire normal people especially when they are the most expensive grocery in Monsey.
My door bell happens to be broken for a while, the driver will not just drop off the boxes after ringing the bell (that's not working) and no one opens up, he will physically knock and wait till someone opens up. Versus others that will just drop all boxes outside.
- The takeout here is absolutely delicious! Especially their Yapchik which is literally the best in town!
- And of course when shopping in this store is surely not possible to pass by the delicious (Shloimy) Bakery and not buy some of their delicious tasty goodies.
I'm adding this now after 3 years living in Monsey. I have to say, I shopped in all grocery stores here local, Rockland definitely has the BEST customer service and the BEST delivery service.
I was at Rockland County supermarket for the first time today & I was really impressed w the place. They have a very good takeout w a nice variety of food. The place is neat & clean.
